Music at Wilmington Manor

1st-2nd gr. will be listening to the first portion of Carnival of the Animals.  3rd-5th will be listening to their first style they will be doing this year-Rock!  They will be sharing some of their own music they may have brought in and  answering some questions relating to the style.

If your student have had general music class, they have received information about chorus and have seen a band demonstration.  Chorus and Advanced Band forms are due back by Sept. 7 or as soon as possible.  Both programs will start the first week of September.  Beginning Band forms are due the day after open house which is Sept. 19th.  Those lessons will start the following week.  If you have any questions fill free to contact me.  Thanks!

Hello Parents and Students!  I hope your student is as excited as I am to get back into the swing of things.  If your child is in band I hope they have been able to practice at least a little bit over the summer! I will be giving information about chorus and doing band demonstrations in the first two weeks of class as well as sending home information about these programs.
